2. What We NEVER Collect
Your personal files — never scanned, processed, uploaded, or stored.
Your local search queries — local-mode search runs entirely on your machine; nothing leaves.
Raw corpus text from your node — miners exchange verified vectors, not source documents.
Your real identity — mining does not require a name, email, or KYC. You are a node ID only.
3. What We DO Collect (Minimal)
Website server logs — standard technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) necessary for security, debugging, and DDoS mitigation. Retained for a maximum of 30 days.
Beta waitlist email — if you sign up for the beta, we store your email address solely to notify you when the client is ready. We do not sell, rent, or share this list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Wallet addresses — when USDT settlements begin, we will record TRC20 wallet addresses to process payouts. This is necessary for the service to function.
4. Legal Basis (GDPR / KVKK)
Legitimate Interest — processing server logs for security and service stability.
Consent — processing your email for the beta waitlist (you provide it voluntarily).
Contractual Necessity — processing wallet addresses to fulfill settlement obligations.
5. Cookies & Tracking
The NEMES-X website does not use third-party advertising cookies. Any analytics used (e.g., Plausible) will be privacy-friendly and not collect personal identifiers. You can block all cookies without breaking the core site.
6. Data Retention
Server logs: deleted after 30 days.
Beta waitlist emails: kept until you unsubscribe or the beta program ends.
Wallet addresses: retained for as long as required by applicable tax or financial regulations.
7. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data (if any is held). You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us via GitHub or the privacy email above.
8. Children's Privacy
The Network is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
9. Changes to this Policy
We will announce any material changes to this policy on the official website and GitHub repository.
